The Manager Ade and his beautiful colleague were on it and made us feel welcome in the store and prepared a bed build ahead of us arriving later that day in the new Tempur blue bed frame that we expressed an interest in and purchased. Fantastic customer service, shame Tempur launch a great new bed with no stock behind it, so 12 a week wait??

Clifton very knowledgeable in all questions l asked. Not at all pushy. Very happy just bit of wait before being delivered.

Toni the assistant was very helpful, made time to get to know our requirements and was very friendly without being pushy My partner wasn't with me on the first visit and she recommended he return with me to try the different mattresses I had liked. This was a really good and helpful approach and it meant I returned. Another plus side he has sent our daughter to the store to choose a bed and mattress for herself.

The assistant was helpful from the moment I stepped into the store until the time I left. He was extremely patient and informative.my purchase was well within my budget but I didn’t get pressure to reach my budget or go over it.

I was greeted by a very friendly salesman who made me feel at ease to wonder around your shop without feeling under any pressure , it was explained clearly where the items were that I was looking for. I at no time felt rushed to buy but was encouraged to browse in order to make the right decision. The salesman was called Themi and he was wonderful throughout my visit, he is an absolute credit to your company , his level of knowledge with the products was outstanding and I certainly would look to be served by again in the future. There was also a very pleasant young lady who unfortunately I did not get her name but was also very friendly and again made me feel at ease during my visit. I would like to extend my thanks to them both 👍
