There were many diverse divan styles available, which was pleasing. Staff also allowed us to browse the store at our leisure, not harassing us whilst we struggled to make a final decision. Once we had agreed on a purchase, staff dealt with our order and payment swiftly, clearly explaining the finer details, and ensuring that we would receive our delivery on a day which was convenient to ourselves. All in all, we left your Maidstone store as very pleased customers.

Maria, who served us was very knowledgable. She was attentive without being pushy and explained everything extremely well. We had intended to check out other suppliers but did not feel the need after visiting Dreams. Very impressed and happy with our experience.

Good service all round

Cliff from the Maidstone (235 store) was extremely attentive he carefully listened to our needs. He was very knowledgeable and informative and understanding and patient. Although we spent far more than our initial budget, the bed we did purchase suited our needs especially for my terminally ill husband who suffers intense pain whilst lying down. We are looking forward to receiving our bed so my husband can enjoy a restful sleep. Thank you Cliff for your service to us, you made the whole experience relaxing and no pressure.

We found Maria to be very knowledgeable about the Dreams product range. We did not know much about mattresses and Maria was able to explain it so we understood. She encouraged us to try a number of options and pointed out points that we might not have thought of which was very helpful. We felt that her approach was balanced and helpful and she was very patient and not pushy at all. When we decided what we were going to buy the process of purchasing it was smooth and efficient. We are looking forward to trying out our purchases and the removal service to take away the old bed comes in very handy. A good shopping experience all round.

There was a good range of mattress stock across different makes and types, with their types clearly colour coded. Maria, the Assistant, gave initial directions on how the system worked and then left us to have a good look and test, before returning to help in our final decision.

The lady who assisted us was really friendly and made me and my partner feel really welcome! We had moved house that day so we needed a new mattress to take home that night and she gave us lots of advice and made our expierience easy and enjoyable!

The product was explained very well and the salesperson appeared to have a good knowledge of the product.
