Overall every aspect of purchasing a bed was made easy and uncomplicated Wright through to the purchase. Very Satified considering I did not go to purchase a bed.

My husband and I were dreading choosing a new mattress, unsure of what each one's benefits would be, but a member of staff 'Maria', approached us and explained how simple is was. The colour code system was so easy to follow for different types of mattress and price ranges. Everything was laid out and labelled clearly. The customer service was exceptional. We had coffee and were not rushed to make a decision. We also bought new Tempur pillows while we were there and took advantage of your offer to recycle our old mattress.

Laura was impressive with her knowledge of the products and her suggestions as to which beds were best for our needs. She was friendly and professional and we were very impressed.

The salesman (Cliff) was very attentative and was very knowledgeable about the Tempur products. He wasn’t trying to rush us into a sale and he spent additional time aligning us and discussing sleeping positions. Everything he was saying resonated as to our current sleeping conditions. We feel confident that this bed and mattress will transform our lives and relationship.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and left to browse. We were given advice over options for the bed we chose and then helped with choosing the right mattress and pillows. Cliff provided us with useful knowledge and very good customer service.

Did not come to buy today just look but the good value for money and service got me to buy.
