We went to dreams to purchase a mattress and there were so many but the lovely assistance Laura at the Maidstone branch explains about all the different types and even gave us different pillows to try with the beds.

When I 1st visited to buy a bed for my son a salesman who is no longer there got the order all wrong and we ended up with the wrong bed my son wanted to keep it so all sorted he was not very helpful in sorting out the problem and said you signed for it and wanted to charge me extra . Customer services sorted it out , but this Sunday just got I called and spoke to the store manager who orders me a new mattress for the bed will sell me a new bed a super king when I visit to check them out he was very helpful over the phone know what I needed and got a quick delivery date restored my faith in dreams so keep him there I will visit it soon

Zarvi.........give this man a pay rise and a merchant bankers bonus. What a service. We were not pestered and there was no hard sell. We were left to look and Zarvi explained the differences in the mattresses in layman terms. When we decided what we wanted he sold us exactly that and not what he wanted us to have. We came back to Dreams because the service we had on our last visit was not far from perfect, once again the service was right up there with the best of them. The delivery date, I was shocked at how soon we could have the mattress. Yes I will be coming back. If I had friends I'd bring them down for a visit. All in all Zarvi is the best salesman I have ever been served by. The air conditioner is a little loud though, I couldnt have a test "couple of hours kip" whilst it was on. I will bring ear defenders on my next visit

we went in to look for a good bed we were approached by a real nice shop staff and she did he best to do everything for us

The whole experience was ery pleasant, we were offered a drink, which was very acceptable as it was quite old outside. Maria was very helpful.

Cliff was very informative and helpful, welcomed me and then left me to review beds at my own speed as requested. Then assisted me with making a decision, then the purchase. Experience was only spoiled by delay in finance company authorising interest free deal, which took about 45 minutes. The coffee and chat eased the pain of the delay.
