Cliffs knowledge, experience, time spent with us, friendly and very very helpful. We brought our first bed eight years ago and it was a pleasure to have Cliff serve us again all those years later.

Staff very friendly excellent product knowledge and offered coffee while we were looking around. Zarvi was very attentive.

We are highly satisfied because of the excellent customer service of the colleague Maria who served us. Also we thought the range of products on offer was splendid and well positioned within the store. The colleague Maria who served us had excellent product knowledge and demonstrated a detailed understanding of the products prior to purchase. We were very impressed with how clean, tidy and organise the store was.

Angela was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Listened to our requirements and was able to advise and demonstrate the products to meet our needs. She acknowledged us within a minute of walking into the store.

Cliff spent so much time with us helping us find a suitable mattress and bed frame. He was very knowledgeable not just on the products but about how we should sleep. Also when we arrived we were greeted but left to look around which we havent had in other shops. This allowed us time and not feel pressured.

I had already been into another dreams store to try out a bed and wanted to try it one more time to make 100% sure before placing my order. I informed a member of staff that I would probably order online (as a discount site was offering 7% cash back). The member of staff was not offended and she was happy to keep on discussing the pros and cons of each bed that I was trying and also telephoned anothe store to discuss one issue. Despite knowing that I was going to order online, Neriman continued to offer great customer service and gave me plenty of time and advice to help me make up my mind and eventually place my order in store.

Our sales assistant was friendly, easy to talk to, and incredibly helpful. We were given space to peruse the available options and when we were prepared to to make a purchase, he went through the whole process in great detail, so we knew what we were getting.
