Excellent service from the sales assistant who identified my needs but allowed me time to browse. He fully explained the colour coding scheme and clarified prices. All aspects were clearly explained not just the items but guarantees, delivery and item removal. I did consider the price of £24 for a specific delivery time excessive but the remainder of the purchase value for money.

Laura was a very pleasant girl, good sales lady, not too pressurising which I like very much.

Very helpful staff! Soon as I walked him the store manager came to me and offered me something to drink. He helped me place my order very very satisfied with the service will definitely recommend and return to dreams!

What great service! I shopped around at many bed stores and found 'Dreams' in Maidstone and the customer service I received from Zarvi by far the best. The store was clean, tidy and products were well presented and clearly marked making shopping for a mattress a pleasant experience. I was assisted by Zarvi who greeted me, explained the different types of mattresses and gave me time to try them out alone in my own time. He had very good product knowledge something that was lacking in other bed stores. He was friendly and extremely helpful and even made me a cup of tea while I was choosing! Thank you Zarvi :)

The assistant, Maria, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Understanding my need of a mattress that would accommodate a back injury, Maria was empathetic and used her knowledge to guide us through the options, suggesting relevant matresses to try. Not only was her customer service excellent, her aftercare assistance was also so, providing confirmation of delivery information. She recalled me and asked about my back injury, and asked after my father who was with me at the store. I am very impressed, not only with Maria and the service received, but the general look and layout of the store, and stock choice was good, and how other customers were being attended to was to a high standard .

The choices available in the store so see and try, and the knowledge and manner of the salesperson, who showed us options and advice, then gave us time alone try out the beds.

We were given good advice and Cliff was very attentive and helpful.
