We were assisted by Angela during our visit. She was very helpful, customer-friendly, knowledgeable about products and polite. She helped us pick the right bed at right price. With my in-laws coming over to stay with us with our new baby. We wanted product that could be delivered in the earliest opportunity. She understood the issue and helped us with the delivery as well. I purchased a clearance item , Cliff are assistance was very helpful in explaining , all the products details, the only down side was I would have to give up my hot water bottle. With a gel mattress.l purchased a bed with a Therapur mattress, having read the reviews on your web site prior to going into the store to complete the sale, as the reviews were not good, I was in doubt. Cliff explained the reasons for some of these negative reports and put mine mind a rest. So looking forward to my delivery, as my bed is 28 years old, so well overdue for a new one.
