Dreams - Maidstone

As soon as we arrived, we were taken care of by Toni and the team in the Maidstone store. Could not have been more helpful as we were unsure about what we wanted. Lovely to be offered a drink. Toni was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with patience and a happy demeanour.Would certainly recommend the store to others.

The sales representative (Cliff) was extremely knowledgeable, and answered all our questions with out all the technical jargon witch made it understandable.

From the he moment my husband and I stepped in our local Dreams store, we experienced a warm welcome and given all assistance needed in choosing a bed that suits our needs. The store was clean,well lit and all safety precautions in place. We expected no less from Dreams as this was not our first visit to this particular store. We will highly recommend your store to family and friends.

The salesperson Chris was fantastic, so much so we bought 2 beds instead of one. We would find it very difficult to find another company that really understands the needs of the customer. Well done Dreams. Chris knew his products and our needs were fully met.

We had seen the mattress on line at half price, (I previously went into Dreams the week before to be told that the mattress was only suitable for occasional use or for children, I was also told the offer finished on the Tuesday) having read the reviews it made no mention of being used for occasional use and the reviews were excellent. The sales assistant that we saw on the 2nd visit said it was a very popular mattress, we were given a pillow to go and lie on the mattress which we both said how comfy it was compared to another one we tried in store. What with the reviews and our own judgment we placed an order. We are looking forward to its arrival and hopefully happy nights sleep!

We were met by Toni and she explained the process of identifying our needs. My husband liked the original mattress which did the diagnosis was so comfortable he nearly went to sleep!

We were Helped by Neriman when we went into the shop, we were approached and we just wanted to have a look on our own first, then we approached Neramin and asked if she could help as we couldn't find the 2 Mattresses we saw on line, she found one in the shop for us but the other was only available o line, she let us try the firmness and comfort but Hubby was not too sure so she helped us choose another, this one is the one we bought, she was very helpful and advised us that the 2nd one more expensive, this was ok with us, the process of ordering and payment was so smooth, we have only to wait a week for delivery which we were really pleased about. Neriman is a credit to the store with her helpfulness and her knowledge of the products, she was very easy to talk to.

We had a great assistant who listened to what we wanted and dealt with our order efficiently and with excellent customer care
