Maria and her colleagues were very pleasant and understood all my needs. Having been to Next and placed an order for them to tell me over a week later that I couldnt have what I had payed for, then had to wait another week for the refund . I had been into a store and made sure my order was possible . So a little bit annoyed to say the least . So I'm over the moon about the way I was treated and given refreshments while completing my order.

The salesman took the time to listen carefully to exactly what we wanted, guided us to those products, then left us to make up our minds which one was best for us. He could not have been more courteous and helpful.
