Maria was friendly and made me feel at ease immediately. This is my first mattress ever purchased and she showed me all the different ranges and was able to quickly narrow down my search so that it did not feel complicated or overwhelming. She explained the difference between the makes/brands and was able to show me the offers available without coming across as pushy. A real pleasure to have had with me - we had my mattress ordered and paid for within the hour!

Great service great staff

The two women listened to our requirements and put forward the options which they then amended to suit the delivery times we had. The bed was delivered on time and erected quickly. All staff were very helpful and pleasant.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The lady who served me, Maria, took time to listen to my needs, had good knowledge of the products available and even provided me will a cool drink on what was a very hot day. She refused to let me carry the items purchased to my car as I had hip pain (my reason for my visit was to purchase a mattress memory foam topper to ease the discomfort). Instead, an equally pleasant gentleman carried the item for me. The whole experience left me feeling like a valued customer, very unusual in this day and age. I would definitely recommend the store in Allington, Maidstone to others and will visit again the next time i need anything.

Staff, especially Angela, were polite, professional and knowledgeable and products were well presented.

Maria was very knowledgeable, available without having to wait, and stayed with us, answering questions and making other suggestions without being pressured into a "hard sale" nor abandoning us. she had just the right attitude and balance of being helpful without being patronising. we left the store having purchansed more than we intended and spending more than we had expected and it was all down to Maria.
