The branch manager Zarvi made us very welcome when we entered the store, and not at any point did we feel pressured in to purchasing one of your beds. The extent of his helpfulness was extremely reassuring, even to the point when he had to open a new display bed as we wanted to see the newest TV bed Dreams had to offer. As it was the last day of your sales and we wanted to take the "buy now pay later" offer, your finance department was overloaded with purchases and Zarvi kept us well informed as to what was happening, whilst making a number of phone calls to chase your department as well as looking from outside assistance from his managers, to the point that he stayed over an hour after closing to make sure the deal went through! This has added to our experience purchasing from Dreams will make us look at using Dreams again for any future purchases.

Huge choice, good value and quality, helpful staff (Cliff).Lovely clean store, the offer of tea/coffee, had time to browse without being rushed into a decision.

The overall experience was very professional from start to finish. As long as the mattress turns up next Monday as arranged, everything will be perfect.

The person Maria who served us was extremely professional in every aspect and very helpful. We also found her to be very knowledgeable and nothing was a problem for her. It was a pleasure being in a place with that sort of hospitality which made easy for us to decide to purchase in store.

Cliff The Sales Rep - listened to my my requirements and help me select the right bed to help me have a better night's sleep, without any pressue and offered refreshment in view of the hot temperature.
