Dreams - Maidstone

The store had an example available to try of the mattress I wanted to consider. When I decided to buy, the sales person explained options, took the order details quickly and efficiently. She had a friendly and polite manner. The item needed to be ordered with a delivery date of 1 week later. While I would have preferred to take the item away with me (Eve mattress so small enough to carry out) these are not kept in stock - but this was not a major problem. Dreams kept in touch by text and email regarding delivery and the item was delivered at the time and date agreed.

The member of staff that helped us, Cliff, was extremely helpful and explained it all very clearly, would definitely recommend dreams to anyone.

We have not bought a bed before, however due to moving house we thought we would treat ourselves. We walked in expecting to know what we wanted, however Cliff came over straight away and asked us what we were thinking. We explained what we wanted and the reasons why. Cliff then explained why certain things we wanted would not actually work, ie having back issues would not be helped by a firm mattress. Cliff was very detailed in his explanations going through basic items to the most expensive. He tailored what he thought would be good for us and then went through a series of tests to make sure it was good for us and to ensure we understood why he was recommending the items. Overall, we spent a lot of money for us, however we feel fully informed on our purchase and did not feel at all pressured into the purchase.

Angela was very friendly and helpful, she offered her assistance as soon as we started to look around and answered all of our questions for us. She made it a very pleasant experience!

The staff were very friendly but not pushy. The assistant that sold me the bed was very knowledgeable and understood what I wanted and problems I was experiencing with my current bed. He took the time to explain the differences between the matresses and wasn't just trying to sell me the most expensive product.

The sales person was very clued up and explained in detail....very quick service, in and out in no time...👌😊

Extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Took no time at all to find what I was looking for as staff easily found past purchases. Mattress was in stock and ready to take home that day. Amazing service!!

Your manager was very friendly and helpfull he offered my a drink as it was a extremely hot day we totalled about our hobbies and I was most welcome .It was my second visit to the store on 3. days and the staff remembered my coming in before 🤪now I hope the delivery goes smoothly when I move to my new home.
