Customer service was excellent, Maria was very knowledgeable about all products

The help we received by Maria was amazing very friendly,helpful and kind.we were given great advice throughout and when Maria was with another customer why we made our decision her colleague took over who was just as kind and helpful but Maria was able to finish and process our order.we can't wait for our new bed and pillows and thank you very much for the help we received.Our daughter also had a biscuit and drink which we felt was very nice too.Definitely recommend dreams just like my parents did to us as they have always shopped at dreams.thank you again and I mean my answers not just to win which would be amazing but also to express how impressed we were.

We spoke to Cliff at Maidstone branch, London Road. He explained things, he answered any questions. A very good Salesman. We had previously looked on the internet and found a bed we were interested in. We walked in and soon as I sat on that bed, I was sold. However the information Cliff gave us just convinced me that this would be one of the best purchases we have made. I suffer with a bad back and I hope this bed will help to ease my aches and pains!

Due to I suffer with osteoarthritis in the hip joints the store assistant (Cliff) showed me that the bed and pillow we brought would support my body and I should sleep better with less pain.

I was pleased with the assistance l received,and plesent and helpful explanation on the product we was byeing,from start to finish.

Neriman was very knowledgeable on all the products in the store, telling us all the information we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she also gave us time on our own and did not Hoover while we spoke to each other. She made our experience so good and easy to purchase a new mattress. She is a credit to you at dreams, I must say all the staff were helpful. I would not normally fill in feedback but she does need to be recognised for her hard work. Thank you and I look forward to my new mattress coming on Friday
