Angela the Dreams sales assistant was so knowledgeable about all the mattresses made it much easier to know what we needed and what was right for us. We weren't rushed or badgered and the deal was quick professional and very friendly.

Excellent customer service. The colour coding of the beds was great. It made it very easy. The explanations of the different types of mattresses was most useful and made the decision making much quicker and better.

We didnt feel pressured into anything maria was very kind even made us hot drinks and we felt over all relaxed talking to her about the mattress we where after.

Maria was very friendly, knew the products and was very efficient.

Dealt with by Assistant Manager, Maria, who was extremely helpful. She explained things clearly and spent as much time with us as we needed.

When we went to Dreams to look at Sofa Beds we were really pleased at how easy it was to try opening up the sofa bed and really try the mechanics of opening and closing the sofa into a bed. We were very impressed at the knowledge and helpful assistance we got from Neriman, it made all the difference to our shopping experience

WE TURNED UP AT DREAMS LOOKING TO BUY A NEW MATTRESS AS THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH OUR BED. WE HAD A LOOK AROUND AND DID NOT HAVE A CLUE WHAT MATTRESS WOULD BE RIGHT AS I AM SIGNIFICANTLY BIGGER THAN MY WIFE. NOT LONG AFTER MARIA CAME TO OUR RESCUE AND SHE WAS AMAZING FROM THE WORD GO. SHE DIDN'T PRESSURE US INTO A SALE AT ALL, SHE GAVE US TIME AND WAS 100% PROFESSIONAL. WE DIDN'T PURCHASE ON THE INITIAL VISIT BUT BECAUSE OF MARIAS CHARACTER AND PERSONALITY WE CAME BACK FOR MORE ADVICE AND MARIA TIME. MY WIFE WAS SAT ON THE FENCE AND MARIA WAS PATIENT AND ADVISED US THE CORRECT WAY TO GO ABOUT THINGS IN TERMS OF THE PURCHASE AS SHE WAS SEMI-AWARE OF OUR FINANCIAL SITUATION. I GENUINLY CAN'T REALLY PUT DOWN IN WORDS HOW PLEASED WE WERE WITH THIS VISIT AND MARIA. SHE IS BY FAR THE BEST SALES PERSON I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH IN ANY PURCHASE AND SHE TRULY IS A CREDIT TO YOUR STORE.
