the shop was clean as was the bed linen on the made-up beds, this makes a huge difference when outside and looking through glass front. The service was polite, professional and not too friendly (in a creepy way). the bed i wanted was online only- unfortunately but, i was able to get very similar with £200 off the original price i was to pay for the cheaper version online. i could try any bed i wanted and was free to roam without being followed - which i hate, Clifton waited patiently and assisted when i needed help. overall good service and good policy. i can return the bed with no quibble if not satisfied, it`s a big purchase and Dreams are reliable and understanding. i chose them initially, as they don`t blast unrelated VERY LOUD music over speech in their adverts, when advertisers do this i turn the TV over as i can`t hear what`s being said, and this makes me feel like i`m being conned! the cleanliness of the store seen from outside the glass front entices you in. i was politely greeted by `Clifton`and offered a beverage - very welcoming. i was asked if i would like assistance and was left FREE to wander WITHOUT BEING FOLLOWED which i hate as it`s like being `stalked`, i could ask anything at any time, his knowledge of the bed materials was to a high standard. i chose a mattress and was invited to lay on it and offered a pillow. the money transaction was transparent, i was asked if there was anything i want to ask, i was given a date of delivery to my choosing and it was a very pleasant and easy shopping experience. Well done Dreams !!

The Dream Colleagues name was Neriman and she was extremely friendly, polite and good at her job, thanks to her attitude and efficiency we decided to purchase our bed from your company, she is a good ambassador for your company and deserves to be praised accordingly.

Your employee, Maria, was very helpful and very knowledgeable regarding the base I needed to purchase. She also provided useful information regarding assembly and disposal of old base.

My husband and I went to Dreams in Maidstone as we had purchased a Tempur mattress from there before and was happy with the service we received then. We had only been in store for a few moments when a lady came over to say hello and ask if we needed any help, we told her that we were looking for a mattress not really sure which type, after giving her a few requirements that we needed she happily showed us some that could be suitable, Laura was very knowledgeable which after finding one we thought suitable, Laura asked if we would like a coffe or tea while we think about it. Mind made up mattress will be delivered Tuesday, can't wait. Thank you Laura you were amazing and such a lovely lady.

Neriman was very helpful in our two visits to dreams and answered all our questions. Nothing was too much trouble and she even allowed us time to think through our purchase. No pushy sales!

The people serving us were very healthy

The overall experience was great, the only small criticism would be that the staff were approaching overly attentive, with all members of staff trying to offer tea, coffee and assistance.

Maria was exceptionally helpful and really could not do enough for us.

Excellent customer service. The colour coding of the beds was great. It made it very easy. The explanations of the different types of mattresses was most useful and made the decision making much quicker and better.
