We just came in for sheets and did not see them that they were right by the door. Colleague came over to help me and it was done easily.

I was greeted in the store and asked if I would like any help. I explained what I wanted and was shown several options to try, I was the left to try them and make a decision without pressure which I appreciated. my order was done very quickly, I was offered a hot drink. I was in and out. it was great. Zarvi and Maria were really friendly and chatty, it was a easy experience

Was greeted upon entry by a professional but relaxing employee. After a brief explanation about everything, was given a pillow to test with and then left alone to test everything we wanted. Employee was then on hand to answer any questions we had and offer some very knowledgeable advice, then making us a hot drink and left alone again to discuss what we wanted to buy. After deciding this the whole process of the paperwork was easy and quite quick, the whole process was enjoyable from start to finish.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff....very thorough in assisting us....carried out checks and tests to ensure we purchased the correct mattress for our needs.
