Lovely, helpful, knowledgeable staff

Cliff spent a great deal of time with us ensuring we bought the right mattress and explaining everything clearly so we completely understood all aspects of our purchase. We have been using this Maidstone store for all our bed and mattress purchases for the last 10 years as the service is always spot on.

The store manager (Maidstone - London Road store) approached me in a very friendly manor upon my entrance to the store. A nice greeting without the in your face sales techniques most people despise. I had a wander around, not finding what I came in to view, when he approached me again asking if I required any assistance. I discussed the item that was previously on display and he know exactly what I was talking about, offered to sit me down to go over any details or questions which I might have had. They were all answered swiftly, he for the specifics which he didn’t know, he went out of his way to find the answers for me. I decided to go with a finance option on my purchase and he made the process quick and easy. A very friendly guy with efficient services and exceptional knowledge. I will be visiting the store again soon to purchase the other items required for my new property. Well done.

Perfect service, can't fault it. Too many people often leave bad reviews for big ticket retailer's. I was greeted upon entry and made to feel very welcome.

Helped, quietly by Angela, there when needed. I returned the next day to make the purchase. This time saw the assistant manager and she gave me a positive knowledgeable experience. Nice atmosphere in the shop. Gave a good feeling of teamwork

Laura the assistant was absolutely delightful in helping my 87 year old mother get the right product. There was absolutely no pressure, felt we could ask any question and most impressively Laura was incredibly patient without showing it, was just so nice going at my mothers pace; she seemed to love her work and did it with a genuinely caring and warm smile. The other staff were also really good and I could see they worked as a great team. You should be proud of Laura as she is every thing my sister said we would find if we go to dreams after a really bad experience with a local bed shop that did not care once the purchase was made. Thank you
