Cliff was a very knowledgeable assistant who made me feel at ease and knew his stock and the best bed to suit my circumstances.

Laura was fantastic. We had a 2 year old with us and she went above and beyond to make sure he was happy as well as us. It was an unusually pleasant shopping experience because of Laura and her colleagues.

Staff member was attentive, he came across as honest, down to earth (Not pushy) and extremely knowledgeable. We came in a few hours later after thinking about the bed we had seen and he made sure he came over quickly to help us.

The sales assistant was knowledgeable and took t8me to explain about the various mattresses, pillows etc. He was helpful and friendly.
