Cliff answered our questions in a very informative manner but was in no way pushy and allowed us time to discuss and look at your various beds. He obviously has many years experience and must be an asset to your company.

I was greeted by James who I recommend very highly. He understood my needs , very polite and if it wasn't for him I probably would have looked at other places. I hope you give James the credit he deserves.

Laura our Sales Assistant was simply superb and it was down to her which lead to our purchase today. She was everything you would want in an SC, knowledgable, professional, polite and friendly and not pushy. Its due to her friendless that we made this purchase. She was able to give honest evaluations of the beds and understood what I was looking for in a bed due to a few on going problems with our present mattress. Laura spent time with us advising but also left us to have some time together to come a decision. Laura is an asset to Dreams and to be honest probably one of the best SC's I have come across recently within the retail environment. Thanks Laura for a great shopping experience today.

Neriman who assisted myself & my parents on our purchase was extremely helpful & knowledgeable as well as being friendly. She left us to trial the beds to our leisure & told us if we needed assistance just ask. It was such a breath of fresh air not to have a forceful salesperson. Also, delivery was scheduled for February but they were able to locate the mattress we needed in a different store so shall now be receiving earlier. So very helpful not that I minded waiting or queried delivery. I’ve waited 14 years for new bed!!
