We found Cliff, the assistant, to be highly knowledgeable about all the products, he took time to help us assess our needs, the technology was excellent, it was good to know that for a few extra pounds the Company would take away our old bed and mattress and recycle it, plus the option to exchange the mattress after six weeks if we were unhappy with it all made an excellent experience.

The manager (I think) who assisted me was friendly and very knowledgable. He knew his mattresses as I specifically needed one for a cabin bed. He measured them to make sure safety wasn’t compromised and patiently let me try!! I got offered a drink and assistance with carrying the mattress. Excellent client experience!

The sales person Cliff, was extremely knowledgable on the ranges on display. He spent time explaining what would be right for my wife and I and why. We were not rushed and given time to think about what was being explained to us. We were encouraged to try the different matrices and pillows. The selection in store was vast well laid out.

We were sevrved by Laura...her knowledge of the products gave us confidence that we were buying a high quality product that best suited our needs. Laura was very helpful, polite and an asset to your company. Thank you Laura.
