The assistant was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The electronic mattress machine recommended the type of mattress we initially thought we wanted and the assistant allowed us time to choose with trying them numerous times without rushing or hurrying us. Great service and we got a cup of tea

The new technology to find the right type of mattress to suit my needs was impressive and gave it a usp and gave a more personal service and left me feeling confident that I'd chosen the right mattress and took the guess work out of choosing.i felt reassured i wasn't wasting money on something that might not be right. Mark Newell was the guy who served me and he was very friendly and helpful, not pushy but very attentive and made the whole shopping experience a pleasure.All in all I would recommend Dreams and your service ,thankyou

Took on board our problems with our current mattress and suggested the sleep machine to ascertain the right kind for us. Assisted us throughout the process and allowed us the time to try and retry the suggested mattresses. Having taken the suggestions we went away to think it over and the same person (Angela) was available to help us conclude the purchase on our return.

We entered the shop and walked around to find the product that suited us. We were approached by the store manager within 10 minutes giving us just the rite amount of time rather than being jumped on soon as you walk in the door. We took the time to try the sleep match machine and this we found fantastic!. We were asked if we had found the rite product with no hassle at least 3 times, this we found reassuring and a credit to the manager. We were offered a hot drink and our daughter was also shown a bed with a dvd to watch while we were making our decision.. Brilliant customer service ..... My partner and i were pleased to receive free pillows and it was at this point i recommended Dreams to my parents as soon as we arrived home Today my parent have been to the same store and have also purchased a mattress !!! This shows how satisfied we were with our experience and the high level customer care at Dreams. Mr Schlosser

I came to look for a soft mattress as I was disappointed with one of your concurrent mattress. Angela in Maidstone Xs most pleasant and hot is to try your special mattress with camera. She ask and entre the few detail about how we prefer to sleep. The computer recommended the bed we choose and was also the one we would have chose with out computer. Very happy with the friendly service from Angela and dreams team.
