Mark was very helpful. No forceful sales and very knowledgeable. A pleasure to deal with

the staff was very good in expaining and answering all my questions and had the personal touch and not over the top the old way of shopping

Just visited the Maidstone branch of Dreams and purchased a new mattress and bedding. We had excellent service from Zarvi who was very knowledgable and helpful in selecting the correct mattress for our needs.

The sales person was very knowledgeable. No question was considered too trivial and he spent time understanding our needs and finding the right products for us

Overall experience from start to finish was hands on, polite, friendly and rewarding.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store, we were advised to make use of the software which tells you which mattresses are best for you. This gave us confidence when selecting mattress, and allowed the manager to help us select the best mattress. We were shown suitable mattresses within our very limited price range, and offered a better mattress than we would normally be able to purchase as a clearance item. I felt we were listened to, and every suitable product was found without fuss and very quickly. Being a clearance item, it was great as we also got a bargain. However, it was not just the price, but also the excellent customer service given by Zarvi the manager at the Maidstone store. At no time did I feel pushed to buy, but I did feel our financial needs and comfort requirements were well attended to. I couldn't recommend him and his store more, and have been telling friends and family of my great experience there. I will not go anywhere else.

The salesman(Mark)was very helpful, he was polite, had good product knowledge without being overbearing, and most importantly he listened (unlike most salesmen) to all our requests hence we were extremely happy to complete the deal.

Cliff was so informative and made us feel both at ease, he didn't pressure us but knew exactly what issues we faced with our current mattress. We were so impressed with the different mattresses shown to us, rather than being shown the most expensive first which is so often the case. Great team of staff at Maidstone Dreams and particular thanks to Cliff who was professional and very knowledgable throughout the process making it very swift and easy for us. Thank you.
