I found Richard, the sales assistant, most friendly, informative and helpful. He was particularly sensitive to the needs of my mentally disabled brother by talking to him and responding to all his questions, however trivial, with empathy and kindnesses. This hugely reduced his anxiety levels and he felt that he was respected as a customer. Thank you.

I was most warmed by the genuine friendly nature of the manager Zarvi and every aspect of his dealing with myself and everything ref.the products.I felt that I mattered to him and he was unquestionably determined to fit me and my personal needs with exactly the specific attributes best suited to my individual requirements.Everything was clearly, patiently explained.In no way did I feel hurried or pressured.Each colleague that I interacted with was equally efficient and accommodating.Overall experience was pleasant and straightforward;so much so that even though I only left the store yesterday....I've already spoken very highly of my time there and recommended shopping there to four people.

The salesperson knew their stuff and gave information rather than sales patter. The store had a range of mattresses with varying degrees of firmness so you could try lots of options
