Zachary was very friendly and polite. He took time to understand our needs, whilst making sure our children were looked after. He also explained that he had only worked there for a few weeks so might need some assistance on the computer system by his colleague (Bibek) which we did not mind at all.

I managed to buy a new mattress very quickly. Zak, the gentleman who served me in the Maidstone branch was spot on. No cheesy selling ploys, just polite and extremely efficient. Let me make yup my own mind without any high pressure sales techniques. A pleasure to do business with.

The sales assistance Zach and Mark were extremely helpful, so friendly and not pushing at all which can put me off coming into store! They helped us chose the best mattress for the best price for myself! Couldn’t have been more helpful and approachable Maidstone branch.
