We were looked after by Clifton who was very knowledgeable about all aspects of beds and mattresses and explained everything in detail without rushing to close a sale, he made sure that the mattress I ended up buying was right for me. I did end up spending more than I thought I would when I went into the shop but with the amount of detail and explaining that Clifton gave I feel confident that the mattress I bought is going to be right for me.

We were helped by Zachary who helped us by using the dreams expert machine and we had found our perfect mattress within 15 minutes after using it. He was very helpful even though the stores internet connection wasn’t working meaning I couldn’t transfer my money over so we done a buy no pay later option. Zachary was very helpful in solving this issue and we left very satisfied that we had purchased the perfect mattress.

To be honest, I only went into Dreams to look for ideas but I was pleasantly surprised to find just what I was looking for ... an ottoman bed with a solid, roomy base for storage. And then the most comfortable mattress to go with it. The salesman was very polite and knowledgeable but not in the least pushy, giving me time on my own to make my mind up.

We were met virtually at the door by Angela who assisted us in buying our new bed. She took time to find out what we wanted/needed and put us a test to find which mattresses would suit each of us. She was really helpful in making sure we were comfortable and assisting us whenever we needed to get onto and up from the beds (we are both OAPs and not as nimble as we once were! As we needed a bed as soon as possible because we have been out of the UK for many years and had not brought any of our furniture back with us, she suggested we took a bed already in stock that was as near as possible to the mattress the test had suggested and arranged immediately to have it delivered into our new home within a week. Angela explained all the different measures we should take to make sure that if the mattress was not comfortable for us, it could be exchanged, e.g. using a mattress protector, etc. We left the store feeling that we had been able to purchase exactly what we had wanted that will suit us best in all respects and also with a feeling of having made a new friend whilst we were in the store.

The member of staff could not be more helpful, we tried a number of beds nothing was too much for the assistant to help us, she has time for us nothing was too much trouble. Even got offered a drink. Very pleased with the level of service.

The Dreams Colleague that we spoke with, Bibek, was fantastic, as was the store manager. We were greeted upon entering the store, allowed our time to browse and when conversation ensued, where we were not pressured to make a purchase, however, both people we spoke with took the time to understand our needs. Bibek answered every question that we had in great detail until we were pleased, trying to find what was right for us, whilst understanding our needs as well as money we were able to and willing to spend. Bibek managed to make the purchasing decision very easy for us and we were able to purchase that day, unpressed and comfortable that we made a great decision with his help. Product knowledge was extensive, customer service was fantastic and definitely one of the best purchasing experiences that either myself or my colleague has ever had.
