In the past we bought our mattress there and now we needed a bed and we returned since we were satisfied the first time. This time the sales lady called Neriman was the most friendly of people we have ever met and very professional. She was ready to help, very friendly and gave us plenty of time for us to make our decision. We did not feel any pressure in buying a particular product and tried her best for us to get the best value for the products we were buying. Very satisfied with our trip to Dreams!

I like the product and the way of presentation by the sales executive was excellent. I will prefer the product for future if needed and i will recommend the product to the friends and relatives .

The staff were courteous, respecting our wish to walk around the store and look at the products ourselves first before getting their help and they provided helpful, friendly but succinct advice on the products and offers in addition to working well together.

Cliff had an abundance of knowledge and was willing to listen to our requirements and subsequently produce the highest quality of recommendations for which mattress was most suitable for us. Cliff spent plenty of time with us and we never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision.

The colleague in store, Zachery, was extremely helpful and friendly and I have recommended him and the store to family already.

We wanted two beds and had them selected, ordered and delivery date sorted within 30 mins of walking into the store. The assistant was very helpful and provided guidance in the selection process.

The sales staff member I dealt with was very helpful without being in the least bit pushy. He knew his stuff. I found a product that seemed ideal although of course only time will really tell with a new mattress. All in all I had a very good experience and Bibet even carried the mattress out to my car for me, then helped load it in.
