The staff greeted me, I told them my needs and that I had a very short timescale and they went through my options and made sure I was happy and comfortable with what I was buying, the staff at Maidstone are friendly and have a good knowledge of the beds and mattresses they have in stock including how quickly things can be delivered

Great service by the dream’s colleagues (Neriman & Zach @Maidstone branch) to help us find mattress for our first home which suited us both. Was given a shortlist of mattress based on our needs and was left to explore them ourselves. Buying process was very quick and easy and was great to have the flexibility to push back the delivery date if we need to.

I found the staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Their knowledge of their products helped me to reach my decision.

The store manager Cliff was so helpful and found exactly what we needed. We ended up realising that by spending that bit more we would alleviate all our pain and discomfort

Offered lots of assistance and advice by Angela, without ever feeling pressured into making a purchase. Lots of stock to view and the store is well laid out, bright and airy. Got everything we needed in s relatively short time, and would be happy to use the store again.

My partner and I just moved into our first house and needed a bed. We both liked different mattress types. Zachary mentioned the new SleepMatch program. The store was empty so didnt mind looking like lemons. He made us feel very comfortable and explained what the technology did.
