The sale assistant Bubek at Maidstone Kent was really friendly and knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. Allowed us time to make our decision and talked us through process and options of ordering. Really good atmosphere in store, well laid out and would definitely recommend and visit again.

On arrival greeted by Angela. She left us to wander at our request and laterasked If We needed help. She was delightful. Listened carefully to what we were looking for and guided us with expert knowledge

Was served very quickly by the store manager and even gave us some free pillows

We have visited this store on a number of occasions and her purchased a number of items. We have been served by Angela who is exceptionally knowledgable about the products and has always done everything she can to satisfy our requirements. An absolute credit to your company

I was highly satisfied as the sales man was very good and explained to me everything. First we dealt with Zachary and then the store manager Zarvi who shown me the sleep match machine where I almost fell asleep. It was very good experience and everything was thoroughly explained. I would highly recommend as I ended up buying 3 beds today.

I was highly satisfied on my trip to dreams as the help I received helped me make the best decision on which mattress to buy. The person who helped me really took a lot of time to explain to me about the different types of mattresses and also how the sleep machine works to find the best suited mattress to you. When I was trying out the mattresses the person who was helping me left me to really check if I was comfortable on the mattress. I really appreciated this as I would have felt uncomfortable with somebody watching over me. He also offered me the same pillow that I use at home so that I could really get a feel for how the mattress would be. He also took a lot of time to explain to me about the different added extras available with the bed such as the guarantee.

Everything worked very well and quickly. The Colleage, (Zachary), was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Products seem good and well-priced.

Considering Zach of the Maidstone store hadn’t been there long his excellent product knowledge and expertise were amazing. His manner and customer service made the whole experience of buying a new mattress a joy. All of the staff were very courteous. And I left the store completely happy with my purchase.
