Dreams - Maidstone

We were attended to in a friendly manner and offered a range of products. The service received from Ade (Adrian), and Haydn was impeccable. They did their best to understand our needs and budget.

I went to Dreams in Maidstone and a guy called Hayden was helping me with my choice and purchase. He was amazing, could not fault him atall. Very professional and helped with my decision making.

The sales assistant Themi at the Maidstone branch was excellent, he gave the impression that he was there to help and get me the right mattress instead of being happy to sell me anything and get the commission. He was knowledgeable without being pushy. He helped me out with my accessories to my car as I have an arm injury at the moment. Top guy !!!

It was good from the moment I walked in the store, the sales assistant came over immediately. He listened to my requirements and helped me in very way so I had all the info to choose the correct bed for me.Being disabled he made sure I had a seat and also gave me a cup of chocolate. It was a very good shopping experience and would have no hesitation recommending your store

Me and my boyfriend went to the store and was given a great experience. We tested out on the bed machine which would show us the best mattresses for us! We was guided the way with Themi who was very cheerful, polite and professional. He helped us all the way with our order and made sure we went home with the right product. Making sure that we was covered and god exactly what we wanted. We was offered drinks and was made to feel comfortable. He was so lovely all the way through with a big smile (well behind the face mask you could tell!). The delivery was within one week and it came on time. We have now had the mattress for over a week and it is the best! Thankyou so much dreams and Themi for our experience, we now getting a good nights sleep and no more bad backs!
