Choosing a mattress was made very simple. Angela was lovely and extremely knowledgable on the products she was showing me.

The customer service was superb, and the system that you have to obtain an accurate mattress type for your sleeping pattern and possible issues is just great. I was very satisfied with the different types of mattresses I tried based on the results of the test, as I was able to make the right decision.

Neriman was very professional, and knew the product she was selling, would say the customer service we received was excellent, all the staff there were helpful and friendly.

We only popped in to look but the salesman Clifton was so helpful knowledgeable and friendly. He talked us through any doubts we had and we decided we would go ahead and buy. Great service well done !

The man that served me was lovely and so helpful, he was very good at helping me find the right mattress for my needs .

I was helped by Bibek at my first visit, he took time to find out what I wanted and invited me to try the analysis beds to make sure that I got the right mattress for my needs. He explained exactly what would happen. He then showed me mattresses that would be most suitable, I told him I wanted good value for money so he did not pressure me to chose an expensive mattress. He was very professional, polite and helpful. He was quite happy when I explained that this was the first store I had visited and wanted to look around. He explained about the special deals and that they would end in a couple of days. When I returned the following day to place my order I was served by Zavvi, he was equally professional and helpful and processed my order quickly, he arranged for delivery and explained that the delivery people will call me on the day to confirm arrival time. Overall I was very pleased with the shopping experience.

I was deeply impressed by the depth of knowledge shown by Cliff. He clearly knew his product and knew what was required for my wife and I. I was also impressed by the technology and how it was used but more importantly how Cliff assessed it

Zach and the manager Zarvi who took the order, were extremely patient, helpful and friendly. They understood what my needs were in terms of the type of beds I wanted, my budget.

Upon my arrival at dreams Maidstone I was greeted swiftly by a lovely young man called Zachary. I was offered a drink and then asked what kind of product I was looking for. Zachary guided me round the different products explaining all of their functions and key points in great detail and managed to find me the perfect product which I am over the moon with. Would highly recommend Dreams Maidstone and I also be recommending the branch to my family and friends.

The staff were so helpful and nice , good humour very pleasant experience.
