Dreams - Maidstone

Hi Dreams, I know most of the time people often moan , however in this case I found my experience in visiting my local Maidstone Branch to be very pleasant and were extremely satisfied with how very helpful Bibeck was, I was looking for an adjustable single bed as I suffer with constant severe pain, I have a spinal injury and have no right arm and use an electric wheelchair. Credit were it is due, Dreams certainly in my opinion did me proud and took the time and trouble to help me. Bibeck was very helpful and it was a pleasure talking to him and to be fair I had mot intended in buy a bed today however on seeing and test driving the adjustable bed, I felt it was so very comfortable I could of easily had fallen asleep, bearing in mind I do not sleep very well due to severe pain. I am looking forward to get my new bed and may I say Well done Dreams, excellent good service. Many thanks From David

The sales assistant was extremely helpful in assisting us with our choice of mattress. We were very impressed with the Dreams Sleep Match technology which assesses your body shape and sleeping position. It meant we were guided to try fewer mattresses taking away the confusion of trying too many and not really knowing which one is right for you. We came away feeling what a great personal service we had received and glad we had chosen to visit the store rather than buy online.

Greeted by name when we arrived at the store by Zak who was expecting us. Immediately offered a hot drink and made to feel very welcome. We started on the sleep machine and then reviewed the recommended products. Zak is very knowledgeable and took our personal circumstances into account, explaining why certain mattresses were not suitable for our existing bed and what our options were. At no time did we feel pressured into going for the most expensive item but were freely allowed to make our own choice. Though our purchased item was not in the Sale, we were offered discount on some smaller items which was much appreciated. The whole process was relaxed, informative and we made our choice based on our experience without any exaggerated 'sales spiel'.

Very friendly staff that were helpful but not pushy, there when needed but left us to it. Shopping with a young child is not easy and they made the experience as painless as possible. Definitely recommend to anyone. Can’t wait for the bed to arrive!

The staff member, Cliff, has the same bed as we were seeking and gave invaluable advice in respect of the automatic lights under the bed. i.e. our cat will set them off unless we disconnect them!

It was a very quick and simple purchase. Cliff really knew his stuff and understood our needs too. Please say thank you to him again please.

We bought a sofa bed today with Zarvi at Dreams Maidstone. We got a very good deals with him. The service was spot on and the delivery time is the shorter than the other rivals We will always go to this store again before we pop in to the others Mr D Rai and Ms M Limbu
