I was hugely impressed by the knowledge, customer care and attentiveness of the store manager who served us. I felt completely comfortable in making a decision on what to purchase, and he helped us with our needs and finding a product that fitted into our budget.

We visited the store knowing they have the bed that matches us to the best mattress. What a great system and the staff were wonderful. Neriman showed us all of the suited mattresses and we found the one we both loved and we just knew it was the mattress for us. She then helped us find a suitable bed frame and headboard. She was more like a friend showing us around and giving advice, nothing like some places where the sales people are more interested in landing a sale and don't give us the time to think about what is a very big and expensive purchase. Anyway, Neriman was great, she gave us a quote and we couldn't order right away because we were waiting on our move date for our new home. We have back about a week later hoping Neriman was there and she was, we were so please and we sat down and ordered our new mattress, frame, headboard, pillows and bed cover plan. Overall experience was great, the customer service was spot on, thank you Neriman! It would be nice to have the bed arrive a little sooner than December 3rd, but it's not that much of a wait in comparison to other bed shops. We recommend Dreams for the customer service alone but even the offers they have from time to time.

The female member was very helpful an knowledgeable about the products on offer. I made my order later after leaving the store by phone, again same member of staff was so helpful again even though there was a couple of issues with the payment ( eventually sorted ) and with computer system mucking about. Great service looking forward to the prompt delivery.

Cliff was extremely knowledgeable and spent time to explain the Dreams colour code system, the test machine and the correct pillows for the mattress choice we made. He also went into details of the different manufacturing methods and philosophies of the different companies. We felt like the products of mattress, divan, headboard and pillows were uniquely tailored to our needs. Highly recommended.

Dealt with Cliff - have bought mattresses/beds from him before - he totally knows his stuff - has described exactly how I sleep and why like he's been in bed with me. Sold me my first decent mattress and has improved my sleep and quality of life no end. Return to same store each time - have bought mattresses for my daughters and now mine needs an update - know I'll get knowledgable, fair advice, best prices, prompt delivery and service every time.
