Dreams - Maidstone

We recently experienced several problems with our sleeping arrangements and decided to investigate the different "bedding" options. Our first call was randomly to Dreams (Maidstone) where we were greeted by Angela, who went thro' the available options. We gradually made up our minds which purchase might be our best chance of alleviating our problems at home and left the store to think it all over. The next couple of days we checked out other bedding stores for different ranges/prices/ availability and general helpful manner. no-one came close to Dreams...

Sales person knowledge

Angela was very helpful first putting me on the diagnostic test bed to determine the type of bed suitable for my needs. She then suggested the various beds describing the various construction of the mattresses. Once decided on the 3000 pocket sprung one the order was placed easily.

Very good service

Good quality products at competitive prices. You sale lady,Neriman is very professional in her approach to customer, good product knowledge and a pleasure to deal with.

We already knew what we wanted by looking online but the assistant was so so helpful and showed us where all the products were so we could try them out. He was really friendly and made the whole experience a pleasure. He explained everything so clearly about the finance and extra cover etc.

Polite and very helpful assistant who was not over pushy

Member of staff, came up to me within seconds of walking in the store to offer assistance. She recommended use of the mattress selection device that was very impressive. After that I was recommended a good selection of mattress tailored to myself. After laying on the recommended mattress I chose my favourite and moved on to the payment and delivery options, that were made very easy and convenient. Also got a free coffee would recommend to everyone.

All staff there were friendly and helpful. The gentleman who sold us the product knew all the details we needed to know off the top of his head.

The salesman Cliff was very good and very friendly. His knowledge was excellent and took time and with us. He listened to what we wanted and showed us numerous products in different price ranges until we were satisfied. He is a credit to the company.
