The shop assistant, Themin (I hope that's right), was very helpful and super friendly. He listened to our needs, showed us some products and explained the differences in options providing some invaluable insight and also gave us some time to discuss privately before committing to our purchase.

Haydn was really knowledgeable about the mattresses. Checked everything we needed to know about delivery and comfort of mattresses. And was able to work to out time frame which was brilliant.
