We got very good service and the,store assistant was very knowledgeable.

Because the team were friendly and helpful, but not pushy.

Had good banter with the sales person.found them very helpful and polite.

From the minute we entered the Maidstone shop we was made to feel welcome! Neriman come over to us asked if we needed help then left us to discuss it for a bit then came back over to assist us which was nice she wasn’t stood there pressuring us to buy a bed which happens to you everywhere nowadays. Can not fault that lovely lady at all she was more than helpful and was so polite aswell.

The staff were very friendly and keyed in with products, specifically Zarvi who served me and helped me understand the bed I needed and we honest with pricing.

How friendly and helpful the staff were

As soon as we walked through the door we were welcomed by Zarvi and asked if we needed any assistance. We told him that we were considering purchasing a new mattress. He suggested using the Sleepmatch equipment as it would identify the best mattresses to suit our sleeping positions. Once test was completed we were show the recommendations and allowed to try them out. After finding the mattress we wanted the order process was quick and simple with every thing explained as we completed the process. We were surprised how quickly the delivery was going to be.

Cliff was extremely knowledgeable and spent time to explain all the options that were available to us. He was efficient and friendly, yet not pushy. Both my husband and I were grateful for the time he spent showing and explaining all the mattress benefits.

Angela was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the beds. Also not pressuring into buying. Offered for us to call her if any further questions. Helpful again when we returned to buy.

Cliff was very knowledgable on the subject we spoke about and definitely made it easy for us to make the choices which we decided upon.
