Dreams - Maidstone

First the ambience of the store was exceptional and the staff were wonderful to say the least. My husbanc and I were put on the sleep match and the perfect mattress was selected for us, this helped to cut down the time we spent sampling out mattresses. We had a member of staff Zac guide through our selection of mattress that was best suited for us. We were unable to make our payment on the day of selection but by the next day when I came back after a hard day at work and from the cold, the store was still open with the store manager Zarvi who remembered me from the day before and greeted me with a smile. I still had some doubts which he addressed happily and patiently. Did I mention that I was offered and served some hot chocolate upon my arrival that evening which really went a long way to make me comfortable. The payment options were carefully explained to me and I was guided to the best option for payment. And the delivery date for my mattress was about 4 days from when my order was made. We were also able to get wonderful pillows and mattress protector. I just want to say it’s dreams all the way. Thank you Zac, Zarvi and dreams.

The store manager Zarvi was fantastic, and knew plenty about the products he's selling. I was only in the store with a friend who wanted a mattress, and ended up buying one because of the expertise of Zarvi.

The quality of the mattresses was very good. The device that evaluated the kind of mattress that we needed was definitely really helpful. Zachary was very kind and patient with us and provided as much information as he could so we could make the best choice.

The sales lady wss very helpful, offered is tea and coffee and invited our dog inside the store. That sealed it for us.

Cliff who served us was excellent. He got the information over to us that we needed without boring us or ever appearing pushy. Impression was of professionalism and desire for us to get what we needed. Of course we walked out having spent twice as much as we had thought we would but we can appreciate that professionalism from the other perspective as well. Truth is, we believe we were sold what we needed.

Rachel served us and she was very friendly, knowledgeable about the products and was very helpful

It was second visit as the first time I was on my own and this time I brought my husband with me. We were assisted by Angela and she remembered exactly what I liked the previous time. Angela gave us excellent customer service. My overerall experience was very stress free and simple.

The assitant was very knowledgeable and was able to give us good advice which led to us ordering a very good product suitable to our needs and price.

We visited Dreams knowing the type of bed we wanted (having previously looked it up online) but were a little lost with the size of the bed that we wanted and the type of mattress we'd like. Zachary was absolutely amazing. He helped decide on a bed size by giving us some accurate measurements and showing us the difference between the two sizes. He then took us over to the SleepMatch scanner, talked us through it and got us a coffee while we were being scanned for the best mattresses (highly recommend doing this). He then showed us around the recommended mattresses and let us try them out and ultimately choose which we wanted. This trip would have taken far longer and we'd have come away with a mattress that wasn't right for us, without Zachary's help.

A very clean store, very friendly staff with a lot of knowledge and extremely helpful. Good range of products.
