The sales lady was very helpful and knowledgeable. Was not pushy and explained everything 're warranties.

Welcomed into the Store straight away Zachery was able to answer all our questions about the bed and did not rush us. When we had decided on which bed we wanted - we were offered refreshment while forms were filled in - very efficient. Overall - very pleasant visit from start to finish.

The Assistant Zachary was very helpful and answered all our questions and showed comparisons of each bed. He also asked if we would like to take the sleep test which helps with which firmness of bed we needed. This was excellent service, we were even offered tea or coffee which was a very nice touch.

Very friendly on both our visits, we were offered a drink and team showed good product knowledge. No pressure to purchase and were given a quote on our first visit which was still honoured two months later (and we were able to make a few changes). We liked the machine that helps choose the right mattress for our specific needs. Store was well laid out, clean and tidy with a very wide product range. Above all though was the quality of the staff - Zach on the first visit and Zarvi on the 2nd. Our initial contact made us want to return to complete the purchase.

Friendly service on both visits. Opportunity to use the Sleepmatch machine and then try out various options. We were made welcome and offered refreshments and there was no sales pressure but quality information. Useful information such as the need for waterproof mattress protector for memory foam mattress topper. Zach and Zarvi were both very professional and clearly knew their stuff.
