We were helped by a really nice guy called Zachary who was very attentive and understanding regarding our needs. We had paid a high price for a bed and mattress from an opposition company who compared to our dealing with your company was non existent only 3 years ago and although we told him our problems with our purchase then he couldn’t have been more helpful.

Cliff did a fantastic job of guiding us through the minefield of choosing a mattress even though we’d only gone in to buy a wardrobe! He showed us the Tempur mattresses after we tried out the Sleep experience computer thing and knew so much about the product it was excellent and led us to buy one instead of the wardrobe! His sales technique was believable and we were totally comfortable throughout. We are really looking forward to having better sleeps once it arrives.
