Visit to the Maidstone store was easy, staff were friendly and efficient even though there was a computer problem they managed to stay calm and complete my order. Overall a good experience. Can’t wait for our new beds to arrive.

I was highly satisfied with my experience, as I am disabled and have difficulty with my mobility. Zachary, was brilliant from the start. He took into consideration my disability and ensured that I felt comfortable throughout my shopping experience. He accompanied me into the lift to gain access to the upper floor. Zachary, was polite, efficient and very knowledgable. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He made my shopping experience very enjoyable and he is a true asset to the Dreams company.
