The quality of attention from the staff, the very attentive new girl Toni, and Clifton who knew exactly what we needed. My partner is expecting twins and I have sciatica so we are both a little bit needy when it came to trying out different solutions.

Cliff our sales person was exceptional in his knowledge and clear information regarding the correct mattress for our needs.

From the moment we walked into the store we were made welcome and treated as if our order really mattered. The store manager served us and he was extremely knowledgeable. He gave us plenty of time to try the mattresses recommended by the sleepmatch technology and we were left to go backwards and forwards between beds until we were sure of our choice. We were also given hot drinks. He also helped us to choose suitable pillows for our sleeping positions. The order was easily placed and the credit applied for and approved promptly. At no time did we feel pressured to place an order, in fact we had only gone into the store to browse but because we were confident with his recommendations we went ahead and placed the order. We are now hoping that the bed will be as comfortable as we anticipate, with the knowledge that if it is not correct, we have time to return the mattress and select an alternative.

As I entered the store I was greeted and asked if I needed help the assistant took me to the beds I wanted to see. An assistant helped me choose mattresses and it was all a very easy experience!

Cliff did not make me feel rushed. I am currently disabled and he was more than helpful. I needed to use the toilet facilities which he arranged with the minimum of fuss. He was helpful and knowledgeable without being overbearing. Whilst he never made me feel rushed he didn't keep me hanging around either. A credit to your company.
