We were greeted promptly on entering the store and the assistant passed us on to Cliff who had specific knowledge of the product line we were looking for. Very knowledgeable and efficient service.

Your delivery team Leon and Paul were the tops. They were very helpful and courteous, they took their shoes off before entering our home which we were most impressed with. Thank you once again for your efficient service, highly recommended.

The first assistant was new and although friendly and helpful she asked for help from a more experienced colleague when I needed specific advise as I was shopping for a bed for a person with disabilities. I thought this was good she didn’t just waffle or pretend she knew the answers . The second colleague was very helpful and knowledgable giving good service.

Angela at the Maidstone store was very helpful. My partner and I entered the store in curiosity but left making a purchase. The assistant was very helpful, didn’t place pressure on us to buy anything and made it a pleasure to be a customer. Having been to a rival store not 20 minutes earlier the experience couldn’t have been more different so much so that she created such a comfortable buying atmosphere we felt we wouldn’t get the service like it anywhere else and bought a new mattress and pillow there and then.

Zarvi was really attentive to my Wife's and my mattress requirements and listened to what we'd had previously and gave excellent feedback and knowledge of the products we are looking at to buy. If every other business had/gave the same level of customer service which Zarvi gave us, then shopping for anything would be so much nicer to experience.

The Sales Assistant Cliff was extremely helpful reassured us with quotes and showed us everything to help us make the right decision. The other staff in the shop were all very polite and were fantastic with keeping our 1 year old entertained.
