Was greeted by Zachary who helped me figure out what type of mattress I was after by trying the Sleepmatch bed. He spent the time one on one to go through all the beds and give me all the information about them. He was very patient after I was to and fro between beds.

The assistant was extremely knowledgeable. She took time to fully understand our needs. She did not rush us into a descion. Her name on the order was Neriman

Assistant Zach was very pleasant and helpful and we were offered a hot drink on arrival. He was very knowledgeable and showed us to the computerised bed matching machine. Afterwards he took us to the beds recommended for our needs.

We were in a rush as we are moving and needed to get a lot done on the day so didn’t want to be spending a lot of time ordering our bed. Zachary came to ask us if we needed help I explained that I knew what I wanted and was in a rush just wanted to get it ordered he was very quick processing the whole order so we were very grateful.

Looked after amazingly well at the Maidstone branch where we placed our order. Salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the range and helped tailor our requirements to find us the perfect bed to suit our needs. Didn’t feel pressured at all which is important to me personally as I would walk away if someone was trying to hard sell. He gave us time to think and every opportunity to ask additional questions. We were also offered a hot beverage which was very kind and appreciated on a chilly day. Delivery arranged exceeded expectations and we left thoroughly happy with the entire experience.
