Perfect level of help ,no pressure but plenty of very good advice and understanding.All aspects were explained clearly .Happy to listen ,very thorough and professional throughout.

I was seen to straight away, offered a drink, and tested for the appropriate mattress for me. I was then shown the range and given advice in choosing. The staff, particularly Zarvi and Toni were incredibly friendly and helpful.
