Very helpful assistant who listened to my requests and didn’t try to rush me around. This is important for me as I am recovering from a stroke and have some physical weakness still. She gave information about the different mattresses and gave me time to process the information and make a decision.

Cliff was extremely helpful in finding me the right pillow for my needs, he even offered to tuck me in. The store manager Zarvi and another very handsome team member Zach really made my day as we were all laughing and joking.

Angela was the member of staff that helped us with purchasing our new bed and mattress. She was amazing, knew everything about the bed of our choice, made sure we had purchased the right one and also guided us to the choice of mattress. She was so pleasant and helpful. We were not rushed at all and made to feel very welcome. I would recommend Angela to my friends if they are looking for a new bed with no hesitation.

Cliff greeted us in a timely, friendly manner on entry to the store. He took us through the sleep match system to find the right mattresses for our body profiles. We were shown through mattresses of varying costs that would be our needs. Suitable pillows were presented at every bed we tried. Cliff provided in depth information on the mattresses we tried and answered all questions. He was unphased that our littlun was charging around. We were offered a drink, talked through and tried good pillow options which we purchased. And also a mattress protector. Cliff did an excellent job helping us understand our needs through to making and completing on a purchase.

I was greeted and asked if I would like to try out the 'analysing' bed. ? I found trying out the five beds very tiring and was asked if I wanted a rest with a cup of coffee. Also the Eco pillows were very comfortable and I purchased two of them. The assistants were very helpful and gave good advice.
