On entering the store we met a young lady assistant who explained all about the mattress sleepmatch machine which we used. Excellent product and excellent service with everything explained clearly. When the test was finished she passed us on to a colleague as she was still training. Her colleague,Cliff, then talked to us about our existing mattress and our needs and took us straight to the most suitable mattress for us. After lying on the mattress and the pillows for about 10/15 minutes talking to Cliff about our requirements we were more than happy to go ahead and make our purchase. Both assistants were polite, happy and knowledgable.

We were very satisfied, the colleague named Cliff explained it was a good idea to have sleep match to check what bed would suit as best After this he explained all the different mattress to us with great detail.Any question we asked he answered very clearly.

On entering the store we had time to have a good look around .Then was approached by a member of staff and was very helpful in helping us to decide what was right for us without putting any pressure

We were assisted by the store manager who's knowledge and assistance in getting us to select the best mattress and bed was second to none. The use of the smart bed technology was also very impressive.

The member of staff who served us took the time to find out exactly what the requirements were and then did the sleep assessment. He then spent time showing us what the best options were and explained clearly about the different type of mattresses. Finally, he carried our purchase to the car -great service, thank you!

When entering the store I was approached by a member of staff, she greeted me and left me to have a look around. She then come back over and asked me if I needed any help, and talked me through the product I was purchasing. I was extremely delighted with my service and how patient and polite all the staff were towards me. I was even offered a warm drink!! I would definitely recommend my friends and family to the store.

The store staff were really helpful and allowed us to use the electronic mattress to enable us to choose the correct bed for our needs. This gave us a few options and we chose the one we we felt really comfortable on. Neriman then helped us choose the type of base and headboard listening very carefully to our requirements. We even bought 2 pillows as when testing the beds we found the ones on the beds really comfortable.
