My girlfriend and I came in on Sunday and were both very pleased with the service and help we were given. We had Angela help us use the Sleepmatch machine to find the perfect bed. All the staff were very friendly and we will definitively be coming back when we need to!

Both of the your assistant’s (Angela & Toni) that helped us were very friendly & smile’s on their faces so the whole experience from start to finish made a very pleasant experience indeed in the store. Although Angela was the person that dealt with us who had incredible knowledge throughout. The experience of the choosing the mattress in the way you guys do it was exceptional. Toni came up to ask if she could help and we said we wanted a demonstration on one of your tv beds she explained to us that she would need to ask a colleague to to do this for her as she was training.

I liked the way miss nerriman knew everything about the products. She asked me what I would like there were lots of questions and she answered them well . Everything about my visit was positive

We were greeted by the Store Manager (his name evades next, sorry) as soon as we walked in and were offered help within a couple of minutes of being sat on a couple of beds. He listened to what we saw online and got it up on his computer screen. He asked some questions and suggested we try the dream tester machine to find out which mattress would suit both of us best to ensure we choose the right one. Once complete he passed us on to Cliff who is a mattress specialist. Cliff sure knows his stuff! He blew us away with the science behind the Tempur mattress, and the science behind sleeping issues, back ache etc.. Cliff did a few tests with us that reaffirmed all of what he had said. Then he put us on a mattress similar to what we had originally mentioned to the other guy, and straight away you could feel the difference, it was nowhere near as comfortable as Tempur he recommended. We then had some questions about beds and he had all the answers. We had been to Bensons for Beds a couple of days earlier and the contrast of service, knowledge, time spent etc... could not be more different.

The Dreams colleague, Cliff, was very helpful and very knowledgeable.
