We literally walked in and someone greeted us and we told her our needs and she showed us to our tempura mattress

WE WERE GREETED WHEN WE ENTERED THE STORE, THE ASSISTANT WAS VERY HELPFUL, CHEERFUL, NOT PUSHY, GAVE US SPACE, WAS VERY CONSCIOUS ABOUT THE HEALTH AND SAFETY AND WELL BEING OF US AS CUSTOMERS, WHICH MADE IT A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.

I visited Dreams in Maidstone 10 year’s ago & Clifton who served me then also served me when I went back yesterday, it’s like time has stood still because the standard of service has not changed at all. Clifton is certainly a credit to Dreams.

Greeted upon entry to store and offered the use of the mattress selector. The young lady was a Saturday girl I think as she passed our requests to a sales assistant. She was very pleasant and friendly. Good start to our visit. Offered a drink, and shown suitable mattresses. Offered help with our selection, and given my own pillow for use.

Extremely helpful assistant Adrian, he showed us the beds that matched our requirements, he offered us refreshments while taking our order.
