Themi, the mattress advisor/ salesman was very easy to be around and likeable. Great knowledge of products and was not pushy or seem to be sale driven. The wife and I left happy knowing we had the right mattress at a very good price.

His product knowledge was second to none Enthusiastic without being pushy Offered us drinks and explained when we had to wait to use a computer to place our order Delivery time is fairly long but he’s explained it is because of products being held up in transportation to the uk

The whole process was very simple from booking an appointment to arriving at the store to purchasing a new mattress, however the key thing for us was the assistance that we received from the sales advisor 'Themi' he was polite, knowledgeable, he explained everything to us and was patient and listened to all our requirements - an exemplary colleague - we did not feel rushed or under any pressure.
