Jackie, our sales colleague was extremely efficient and friendly. The purchase was for my 17 year old daughter and Jackie included her in all decision making. Fantastic. We are doing our house up and have 2 more bedrooms to furnish, we will be returning to this store and will wait to be served by Jackie if necessary.

Staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They went out their way to ring a manager to see about a discount I had seen online and I was happy with the outcome.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, we had already visited previously to view the item we wished to purchase and had received adequate information to make a decision on our purchase. The only downside is the delivery not being available until late August although we understand this due to the time’s we have had to endure recently.

As soon as me and my daughter entered Dreams we were greeted with smiles and assistance. We went inside Dreams with the impression of getting a new bed for my daughter but was surprised because we left dreams smiling and gleaming about the great customer service. We were offered hot beverages which were soothing and made us feel like we were at second home. Everyone was extremely friendly and kind-hearted and we pull gladly visit again.
