The staff were readily available and happy to help. They knew a lot about the products and were able to answer all of our questions. They took time to understand what we wanted and made useful recommendations. Would very happily go back. Sofi was brilliant with us and really helpful.

We found that the sales person was not pushy and gave us plenty of time to look round after 1st approach, then when she saw we were looking a bit overwhelmed with choices she approached us again. Asking if we needed any assistance. Then listened to our requirements and told us of your system to help choose a mattress. After showing us the results took us to the appropriate mattresses. She spent a lot of time explaining the mattresses and giving us time to try.

Nav was friendly but very professional. He listened to what we wanted and took time to find exactly what we needed at a price I could afford as I was on a budget. We were offered coffee and the process was made easy. I was also given pillows which was quite an unexpected surprise.

Staff were extremely helpful and explained the products in simplicity that I quite appreciated. The staff also took ample time giving me enough time to make my decision not getting tired of repeating what I couldn’t understand. The whole experience was very certifying and I felt valued.
